The Loan Peak has a little more cushioning (25mm) than the Superior (21mm), an integrated stone guard for more protection and a grippier outsole for more traction. While it can't be classified as a minimalist (barefoot) shoe because of the cushioning underfoot, it still offers a wide toe box for toes to splay and zero drop (flat with no heel) allowing our feet to function naturally.
